Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LokHub and related services provided by BaiyuTech (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using LokHub, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
LokHub provides TV discovery, informational content, watchlists, viewing-progress tools, calendars, and links to third-party resources. LokHub does not host or provide video streaming, playback, or downloads. Content and watch-provider availability may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or changed without notice.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for maintaining control of the Apple account used to sign in. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse LokHub, interfere with its operation, bypass access or security controls, scrape or extract data at scale, reverse engineer the service except where law permits, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, use the service unlawfully, or infringe any person’s rights.
4. Third-party content and services
Show metadata, artwork, ratings, trailers, provider information, and external links may originate from third parties. Their trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners. Your use of YouTube, viewing platforms, Apple, Google, and other third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. A link or listing does not constitute our endorsement.
5. Advertising
LokHub may display banner, interstitial, app-open, or rewarded advertisements. Watching a rewarded ad is optional and may provide a temporary ad-free period. Availability and duration of rewards may change, and no cash value is provided.
6. Intellectual property
LokHub’s software, interface, branding, and original materials are owned by or licensed to BaiyuTech and are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for lawful, non-commercial purposes.
7. Feedback
If you submit ideas or feedback, you grant us permission to use them without restriction or compensation, while we continue to handle any personal information under our Privacy Policy.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using LokHub at any time and may delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or users, respond to legal requirements, or address a material violation of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LokHub is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BaiyuTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of LokHub. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service during the preceding 12 months or USD 50, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We will post updated Terms here and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
