Delete your account

You can permanently delete your LokHub account and the personal data associated with it.

If you cannot access the App

Email contact@mail.baiyutech.xin with the subject “LokHub Account Deletion Request.” Send the request from the email address associated with Sign in with Apple when possible. If you used Hide My Email, provide your Apple private relay address or other information needed to locate the account. We may ask you to verify account ownership, but we will never ask for your Apple ID password or authentication code.

What will be deleted

• Your LokHub account profile and account identifier.
• Your saved watchlists and list states.
• Your episode and season viewing progress.
• Your personalized calendar entries and synced preferences.
• Other personal information associated with your account, unless retention is legally required.

What may remain

De-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you may remain. Limited records may also be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Information stored by independent third parties, such as Apple or Google, is governed by their policies and must be managed with those providers.

Deletion timeline

After your request and any required verification, account access will be disabled and associated personal information will be deleted or de-identified within 30 days. Residual backup copies may remain for a limited period before routine deletion.
